Bono & Associates ("we," "our," or "us") strictly prohibits the promotion of our website, products, or services through unsolicited commercial electronic messages, commonly known as "spam."

1. Prohibited Promotion Methods

4. Enforcement and Penalties
We investigate all complaints. If we find that you or your agents have violated this policy, we reserve the right to take immediate action, including:

Suspending or terminating your user or affiliate account.
Blocking IP addresses or domains associated with the violation.
Pursuing legal remedies for damages and injunctive relief under applicable laws (such as the CAN-SPAM Act).
